寒假裡，媽媽強制我在家裡學英語。每天都要讀單詞，課文，默單詞也要4個以上，自己還出很多很多的題來考我，有時候不耐煩還打我。我真是啞巴吃黃連——有苦說不出呀！我真是恨英語，也恨媽媽。這種又酸又苦的滋味，是無法用語言表達出來的.。

這個學期的第一節英語課，孫怡靜坐在我後面。在我心中，孫怡靜可是個會讀，會寫英語棒極了的人。但是我媽媽說“：你覺得別人偉大，是應為你自己跪著的。其實你也可以用你智慧的頭腦，勤勞的雙手把自己造就成一個偉大的人。站起來吧，孩子！”聽了媽媽的話，於是，我發誓：一定要把英語的成績趕上來，然後超越孫怡靜。今天，我是走向成功的參與者，明天，我是參與這裡面的成功者。

在這個目標的鼓舞下，我有了使不完的勁。上英語課的時候，我也總是聲音響亮的跟著老師讀英語，終於被老師發現了，表揚了我說：“這個男同學的聲音最響亮！”而且媽媽給我做了兩張試卷分數分別是98分和94分。媽媽也表揚我說“：我兒子有很大的潛力啊！”媽媽為鼓勵我，星期六帶我去吃德克士。耶！謝謝你，英語，是泥人我可以大飽口福了！
